5. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

 

5.1. Fees and Payments

Certain features of our Services may require payment or a subscription. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified at the time of order.

All payments are processed securely. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information in your account.

 

5.2. Refund Policy

Service Fees:** All service fees paid for visa application assistance, documentation support, or consultancy are non-refundable once the application process has commenced. If you cancel a service before processing begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to review.

Subscription Fees:** Subscription payments are billed monthly and are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you experience technical issues due to our system, contact us within 7 days for review.

Government Fees:** Any fees paid to embassies, consulates, or government authorities are non-refundable and outside our control.

Requesting a Refund:** To request a refund, email [visa@tamaamvisa.com] with your order details and a description of your issue. Refunds are processed in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws, and the time taken for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank’s policy.

Exceptions:** We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not comply with the above or are deemed fraudulent.

 

6. Subscription Agreement

 

6.1. Subscription Services

Subscriptions grant you access to exclusive features such as consolidated visa appointment tracking, priority support, and other tools as described on our website.

 

6.2. Billing and Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the monthly subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before your next billing date.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

 

6.3. Payment Failure and Automatic Cancellation

If we are unable to process your monthly subscription payment due to payment failure (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, or any other reason), your subscription will be automatically cancelled.

Following cancellation, you will lose access to all premium features at the end of your current billing period unless payment is successfully completed.

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by updating your payment information and making a successful payment.

 

6.4. Cancellation by User

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, premium access remains until the end of your current billing period.

No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by UAE law.

 

6.5. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Subscriptions are for personal or authorized business use only. Sharing access outside your organization or abuse (such as automated scraping) may result in suspension or termination without refund.
